Palmer Residential just finished our 8 week kitchen remodel on time and on budget. Ron and the entire team of carpenters were amazing. We just completed our first major remodel with Palmer Construction, adding a bonus room/guest room and bath above our garage as well as a partial kitchen remodel. Ron is an incredibly good project manager and ensures that everything stays on schedule as outlined in the detailed per-constructions meetings. The whole team were diligent, on-time, good guys, and as I stated stayed on time and on-budget. As an interior design I can tell you that my designs are only as good as the execution by the contractor. I have worked with countless different contractors in a decade of being in business, and I have to say - Palmer Construction's craftsmanship and attention to detail BLEW. ME. AWAY. They were easy to work with, communicated effectively with both me and the client, didn't complicate the situation, and completed the work on time. Seriously. Wow. What more can I say? I can't wait to complete a project with them again!

Hard to say enough good things about Palmer Construction and Remodel. We selected them for a trex deck installation and a first floor remodel that included a full bath, replacement of interior doors, installation of a french exterior door, painting, etc. Very professional. Mainly worked with Ron, Nathan, Greg, and Liam. Greg did most of the work and was a pleasure to have around. Extremely happy with the results.
