        This place is incredibly dirty on the outside, with huge amounts of garbage in their parking area and sidewalk that sits for weeks and months that neighboring stores have to clean up. It's clear the owners don't care. They never have customers and staff barely notices when you walk in. It does not seem like running a restaurant is their focus. Because of this I've never wanted to eat there. I live near here and have watched as it went from a half decent Vietnamese place that changed hands and now has become a real disappointment in the neighborhood.
