Unreliability place, I had a booking scheduled, it was closed for pickup, extremely unprofessional, costumer support wont do anything all nearby locations out of inventory Never doing business again with this company

Contract was to return car at 2pm at this location on a Saturday and no one was here. Spent 25 minutes on customer care and they made me drive the car to another location. Totally interfered with my plans for the day. Its absurd to nickel and dime customers and then egregiously not fill your end of the contract and ask customers to run your cars around town for you.

Very supportive and kind service. Brenton, who seems to manage this place by himself, has to be mentioned. Exceptional recommendations and communcation, in person and via phone. By far the best rental deal available in Seattle.

Had an amazing experience at this location. My brother worked for a competitor for a number of years so I know how rough the car rental industry can be. The gentleman that, as far as I could tell single-handedly runs this place was friendly, efficient, accommodating and helpful. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Seattle.
