What an experience. Living in a building managed by Yalnes has been an incredible demonstration to the deep depths of apathy, incompetence, complete lack of any type of personal or professional accountability, and outright lies. It takes Yalnes months to accomplish anything simple, such as fulfilling an order to replace a damaged key or malfunctioning garage door opener. Communication requires a minimum of 8 emails, 8 telephone calls, escalation up through their managerial staff, and recruitment of my real estate agent to see any type of progress (literally I just wanted to get a replacement key). I think a drug front would have better service than this location.

I would give Yalnes 0-stars if the system allowed me to. Our condo building just terminated their services because they are absolutely useless. They cash our HOA-assessment checks but don't make payments on time, for which our HOA then gets to pay late fees. All previous reviews are accurate except Riley's who actually works for Yalnes. Pathetic customer service.

Hired for bookkeeping only services, fired for inability to do the job.  The turnover is high, and the claim to be sick is very much overused by owner and staff alike as an excuse.  Our transition to the new company took over 4 months and they still have our operating funds!  Owner seems to be hesitant to trust his staff to do their job, yet he is never available to sign checks or make decisions.  When a contractor went to their office to get his check on his second attempt, the office staff were hesitant to call the owner to sign the check, stating, "He will probably tell me to piss up a rope."  How very unprofessional.  Save yourself the headache and find a different company...there are many worth mention!

Unhelpful is too light of a word. Over a year and a half of going back and forth for several issues including a nonstop overflow of trash has yielded nothing but frustration. They leave you asking...what are we paying for and would it not be easier to just cut this property management nonsense out of the picture completely considering they don't actually do anything except cash the checks.
