I have nothing but good things to say about Caisson and their salesman Brian Wade. I found them on Google and wrote down the number. I did not have high hopes of reaching/connecting with anyone- expecting the usual of a run-around with an automated line and/or be put on hold for a really long period of time as I had experienced with a number of other companies while in search of someone to help me get a system set up. To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone! It was Brian Wade. He was kind, friendly, and down-to-earth~ without that (hate to say it) "usual salesman" demeanor. He was just kind and helpful, wanting to know what I needed, not what HE wanted to sell me. Without any assurance that he would get paid anything for researching some things for me, he spent his time tracking down some really obscure things that no one else seemed to know how to do. I recommend very highly Brian at Caisson for the best help around.

Brian Wade came into my business, Drive Auto Center, 3 years ago claiming that he could give us better service at a much lower price. It sounded like Amway to me. Do you want to work less and make more :D? Well, Brian has actually exceeded our expectations. He underpromised and overdelivered. Recently he gave us the opportunity to lower our telecommunication and internet service cost or get faster service for the same price we were currently paying. Great options! He is honest and professional. I would highly recommend Brian and Caisson Technologies.
