The service here is extremely horrible and the people that work here are stuck and arrogant I totally hate this place. They barely helped me or my friends. Kept saying they don’t have dresses in the style I wanted even though I found some myself with no help. They kept following my friend because she has a backpack and she’s black and they asked her if they could take her bag when there were other people in the store with bag, how was she gonna fit a whole dress into her bag???? If they can’t treat people with respect than they shouldn’t be working any place, they should go to therapy to fix their attitude. And none of the employees there were black or Mexican I seen all white all around me, it doesn’t matter if your partner is black it doesn’t matter if you friend is black it doesn’t matter if your great great great grandpa is black. You’re racist.

The ladies are so so sweet! They have so many amazing wedding, prom, homecoming, and just fun dresses! You walk in and it’s just the most inviting space, they have it beautifully decorated! Found the dress I’ve been eyeing for months now and they were just so positive and had such an amazing assortment of dresses 💙

Kind, competent staff and a large selection of beautiful dresses in all sizes and prices! I really appreciated that when I had my wedding dress appointment, the sales rep showed me the sale rack dresses before bringing out any full price dresses!

Dolce Bleu is a very poorly run business. I recently was surprised with a “VIP†appointment, which is paid for, at Dolce Bleu for my birthday, by my mom. Upon arrival my guests and I could immediately feel the disorganization of our “consultantâ€. She had not read the paperwork that my mom had filled out, and had pulled no dresses. She then spent 20 minutes of my 90 minute appointment pulling dresses. When my guests asked about dresses our consultant was very irritated and asked/told everyone on multiple occasions to sit down because “she felt like we were going to run awayâ€, granted, she had not provided enough chairs for us, so I’m not sure where she would’ve liked us to sit. The “VIP†experience was to include, snacks, champagne, and a gift for the bride. Everyone received one glass of champagne, except for me, I am 20. NOTHING was ever offered to me THE BRIDE, no water, nothing. No snacks were offered and I also never received the bridal gift I was supposed to receive. During the appointment my consultant made me feel so uncomfortable in every dress, if I didn’t like it, or didn’t feel it was right for me I would voice it and she would say something like “REALLY?!?†With a nasty look on her face. I came to the conclusion that she was taking it personally that I didn’t like the gowns she had picked for me. She told me that the Veil I have dreamed of wearing is “ARCHAIC†and nobody wears them anymore. By the end of the appointment all that I wanted to do was leave. The last straw for me was when I was trying on my last dress I went to leave the fitting room and the consultant pulled me back in and started whispering to me that she thought my mother was too controlling and she wanted to hear what I thought of the dress before I went out. I have never felt like someone violated my boundaries more in my life. Standing in a tiny room with someone who should be supporting me and making me feel beautiful, I felt so incredibly uncomfortable the entire appointment. The cherry on top is that the owner, has responded to my mom’s very calm and respectful email, like a child. She has blamed us, the customer, and defended her consultant. She claimed that a new employee quit because of us, and our negative energy, when really, that new employee met us when we walked in and we never saw her again. She said she could “never deal with a bride or a family like thatâ€. I know that that may be easy to believe because of how weird things get with weddings, but I don’t think that could get further from the truth, and whether it was true, the fact that the owner actually said that to us is so repulsive and such a terrible way to do business. If I could give Dolce Bleu no stars I would. It is a poorly run business and if you ever have any problems you can expect the owner to respond with childishness and in defense of her employees and herself. I feel it is my duty to warn future customers, because I can say that Dolce Bleu, and my consultant RUINED my first experience trying on dresses. And The owner could have made it right. I left Dolce Bleu close to tears and I hope no one else has their first experience ruined like I did.
