        I do not think I can put into words HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I currently only come here once a week but I always look forward to it! It is such a welcoming environment with ZERO judgement and the coaches are unbelievably amazing. I feel like I could talk to anyone in the gym about absolutely anything. They also almost always have dogs in the gym (pictured here is Frida and Moose) and it is so much fun to say hi and pet them every time I come in. I have nothing bad to say about this place and highly recommend this gym for everything from sparring to light physical therapy. They have taught me so much about myself both physically and mentally. I truly love this gym. A bonus is that it is run by a woman! She is truly amazing.

        A well-equipped boxing gym with basic services available at a very reasonable price, and additional options to meet the needs of just about anyone. Tricia deeply cares about the community and i've seen her go out of her way multiple times for people in need.
