    I just moved here from nyc and need to find a new salon and she refused to take me on since I have a service from a different salon!! Lol what am I suppose to do ... fly to nyc for my fill?! Worst customer service ever... and did not offer any alternative solutions. Just flat out refused my service. I wish I read the reviews first before even trying to go there.

    I have no idea why I have been a loyal customer for so long. DO NOT COME HERE! All locations are subpar compared to other lash lounges. They do not value they’re loyal customers, all they care about is money and getting over on people. By reading the other reviews by former loyal customers I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way.

    I have been coming to this place for years and have generally had good experiences with the service. However, recently I received an email 2 days before my upcoming appointment that the store was changing locations and that they are no longer accepting credit cards. When I saw this, I called the store to try and get a better understanding. The explanation I received was that that is their new policy and it's what their Renton location does. Overall I feel the whole situation could have been handled a lot better. 2 days warning is insufficient and a bit inconsiderate. They've known about the move for a while and could have easily given me a heads up much sooner in advance than 2 days. In addition, when I was asking about the new cash only policy, I was told that this move was supposed to help the customer to lower costs. This is a ridiculous argument as I pay a $3 transaction fee every time I go because I prefer to use my credit card and usually don't carry cash on me. I'm happy to continue paying this fee if it means I don't have to run to an ATM before every appointment. The worst part about the whole experience is the lack of concern for me as their customer. I've been loyal to them for years and I can't help but feel like some disposable money machine... considerations towards my needs are not important and my concerns are easily dismissed. It's tremendously frustrating and disappointing to be treated by a business I've been loyal to in this manner. I hope the owner sees my messages and makes some serious changes at the Seattle store. Until then, I will find another place to get my lashes filled.
