Complete False advertisement. Received an almost dry straight razor shave for my head with barley any shave cream, no hot towel although the sign clearly states with hot towel. Young man was nice but seemed very inexperienced. I dont know how they deemed themselves as the best barbershop because that was by far the worst haircut Ive received ever. With theyre prices you would think they would be better. DO NOT RECOMMEND Services: Straight razor shave, Head Shave

Such an unprofessional experience I dont know where to start. My 6 & 9 year old should never be exposed to the language we experienced. This is a family mall. A walk in barber shop blasting music with foul language, barber using f word while his customers also shout f word and other curses?Sure my kids know curse words but when did it stop being standard to contain your vulgarity around children, especially in a business? I need not mention that my boys were passed over because one stylist claimed she had appointments when I heard walk in clients ask if she had time. Will never return. Do not recommend to any family. Please post a disclosure at the door if your foul business is only acceptable for people of a certain age group!

A Young lady, short with long hair I think her name was Marcela was to line my fiance's hair who can mess that up she went way too high in the back he didn't want to say anything but I feel I must it was so bad she couldn't even charge him. Never again!
