SCAM ALERT! This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a co-working space. As a CEO, I purchased a virtual office plan for my company, so we could receive mail and use a professional business address for our Seattle location. During the three months of having the subscription, we were unable to contact anyone over phone or by email. Our mail was never handled nor processed through the online platform. After attempting to use the address for our google listing, it was eventually flagged by google for suspicious activity. We immediately removed the listing and attempted to cancel our subscription with ATLAS. The only problem? You have to CALL to cancel the subscription. As a last ditch effort, we emailed concierge one last time to ask for the cancellation, saying that if they failed to do so, we would have to call our credit card company to report fraudulent activity.
Needless to say, ATLAS sent an automated email back within the next day to tell me that our subscription had been successfully cancelled.
Funny how that works 🤔

So it's July 9th, and I sent an important e-mail on June 28th and July 3rd to their concierge address, with no response. I contacted the main phone number, and "the voice mailbox is full and cannot accept any new messages." From the lack of response, I'm now wondering if they've shut down and not bothered to notify their customers. Whether or not that's the case, this is seriously problematic customer service.
Edit: I did receive a quick response from Kim, and they said that they're been having phone issues. I'm bumping the rating up to 3 stars for the very quick response and will update in the future if things improve.

Very well designed workspace with flexible pricing options and great amenities. ATLAS offers a high level of service and care for its clients. IT and A/V equipped spaces are well maintained and updated. Recommend!
