my account was closed without any reason, then I tried called 5 times and nobody knew what happened and even no idea about my refund status and they never obey the new phone call appointments so I had to repeat my request again and again with different online operators.
Then I have to visit a local branch, but same thing again, the manager didn't know what happened and she can NOT get through their internal call, and then they said to mail me a refund check, but now 18 days passed, no check and no reply for my emails or calls. I will visit the branch again.
I have to pray for ......

2 months and 10 days…
As what I observed the day I received the check, hope this bank and branch gets better for its infor system. Maybe I can be a customer in future, hope so.
