        Went here today 10/8/2022 in afternoon. The team member that was there was super cool! You guys need to hire more like him! The place is neat and tidy, bunch of selection. This is now our (my family) timbuk2 place to go to.

        This is the reason you do business with a company that stands behind their products. Brought in a suitcase I've had for years because the collapsible handle wasn't working right. Hardware was replaced with no questions asked and the staff were great.
