Don't hire and take the comments seriously. If you are reading it all negative comments are so true about her. I never wanted to choose her but my attorney and opposing counsel pressure me to hire her as they where not agreeing to any mediator. She was exactly like the comments mentioned here. If you don't settle with her she will poison against you to judge .She will  victimize you more if you are victim in dv case and support the abuser more. I feel she poisoned against me to my judge that I didn't settle my case with her. But I'm sure she told a different story what happened in mediation room. She doesn't even read the case or look at documentation and start preaching things unnecessarily and waste time in mediation.Just if your attorney pressure you to hire her change attorney than choosing her because she will make sure you would be screwed going forward in the case. Because of here i was in afraid to be in a settlement room with any arbitrator or mediator.

All I can say, bias and unjust. Doesn't care about children's best interest. Constantly changes the Parenting Plan in her arbitration decisions and doesn't follow the RCW's. Teresa will exercise her personal convictions in your arbitration decision.  I often find references in her arbitration decisions that were not presented in the submitted declarations. I have been forced using her services since 2018.

I used Teresa as a mediator in a very contentious family law matter. We mediated for 14 hours! Teresa was patient with my client (and with me!); she was extremely knowledgeable; and she has been practicing and mediating for so long she didn't miss a detail. I have never left a mediation feeling more satisfied that we all worked hard and got a fair result. Kudos to Teresa, and to her assistant Angela (who was ready to go at 11pm with the CR2a Agreement)! Thank you for your expertise. I will be adding you to the top of my Go-To list of mediators.

It is important to me to write this review because when I searched for reviews of the lawyer Teresa McNally before hiring her for the blind arbitration in my divorce I couldn't find any. I had no reason not to choose her- but it was a grave mistake. Teresa McNally is either incompetent, severely biased or she accepts bribes- perhaps all three.Teresa McNally ignored blatant perjury and inappropriate exhibits. She referred to documents that were not included in any of the arbitration papers; some of her decisions were based on these "phantom" documents.Though Teresa McNally has been in the business over 20 years, she only accepted cash payments for this arbitration. I had to deliver untraceable cash to her office in order for her to hand over the decision. The receipts for the cash payments were the only documentation that was not shared between all parties (as far as I know). I was concerned that she may have received a bribe from the other party.This individual should not be making decisions on other, real people's, lives. I am too tired and heartbroken to keep fighting but with this review I hope to save someone else's life. I urge anyone reading this to consider someone else for your arbitration. I feel strongly that Teresa McNally is not trustworthy.
