Pivot Apartments

Very bad service. The leasing office is so irresponsible. I had booked an appointment to view one of their apartment, when I reached the confirmed time, nobody was there, I tried calling the number I had used before to book the appointment. It gets directed to the central leasing office, which just apologizes and says that you need to contact the site manager and then they say try waiting for another 15 min, may be the site manager will turn up. The site manager never picks up the phone. Its too hard to get hold of the leasing office!

When I first moved here I loved the apartment and the location! As time went on, it got worse and worse. The management is awful, the place is always disgusting, the street noise is very loud, and the homeless are always lurking outside the entrance to the building. There have been numerous incidents where people have snuck inside the building and causes chaos. Also, if you ever have an issue good luck getting in touch with someone, because its basically impossible!

Cheap building covered in graffiti and next to the freeway. Tons of trash, homeless and graffiti in this area. Entire side of the building is covered in graffiti and surrounded by barbed wire. Dangerous area with the night club MINT lounge across the street where shootings happen periodically. Avoid!

Great to be a resident of this community. Management is attentive and listens to feedback from us. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommend anyone considering living here.
