Edgewater Apartments

In general, this place gives me literal Vietnam flashbacks. The old dude who ran the place, 'Dave' or something, was, something. Also, considering this place was essentially where I was abused for several years of my life, I hate it.

This place is an excellent place for many reasons: 1) it's affordable 2) the management adheres to the rules which is actually a good thing 3) the neighborhood is great there are a few downsides to this place (no pets, no dishwashers, community laundry, needs remodel) but the affordability totally makes up for it. I personally have lived here for a few years and I love it. I also love the manager and think that the people badmouthing her are just stuck up and were used to old rent prices. Hello this is Seattle, rent went up.

Lived here for about 2 years. Decent, affordable place to live with a nice charm however, I feel like management does the bare minimum taking care of their tenants and property. 1) My car was broken into on property, I filed a police report and a report with Edgewater. Nothing has changed. 2) My Bike was stolen from the bike cage, the cage was locked, and my bike was locked again inside the cage. Filed a police report and a report with Edgewater. Nothing has changed. 3) There was an attempted break-in to our building and a window was broken. I filed a report with the police and with Edgewater. Nothing has changed and it took about 3 weeks for them to fix the window. 4) There are many abandon vehicles on property. I would estimate about 8 cars that haven't been driven in 6+ months or are broken down/abandon. Maybe if management enforced some of their policies and maintenance was slightly concerned about security this complex wouldn't be such a magnet for degenerates and thieves. Until then.... 2 stars for doing the minimum.

I've lived at the Edgewater for about a year and a half. I have found the manager to be very friendly, welcoming and understanding of financial hiccups. Shes worked with me through countless problems including replacing my bathtub liner. Its a great location with a beautiful pool and several docks.

This is the worth manager I've ever seen, since she came Edgewater isn't Edgewater anymore, she's always yelling at people, even if she need a favor she gonna yell at you, I've seen her when she yell at workers too, damn .. Shes really mean whit them.. Never ever go to this place!!!
