Cons: Safety precautions lacking. Had car window broken in secured garage. Paying $$ for spot. Management hires security guard for a week after such incidents but they sleep on the job and know a car was broken into during this and a few others weeks later. Management lacking after Yulia’s departure. Doesn’t respond to emails Pros: Dog friendly ( Huskies were welcome) Near Roosevelt park, Greenlake, and UW campus. Convenient location with grocery stores nearby. Fernando the building maintenance guy does a great job making repairs and maintaining the building.

Lived here for 2 years being a new resident in the Greater Seattle Area. Definitely recommend as it's central to most places around Seattle (close to bus routes, a ton of restaurants around U-District/Ravenna/Roosevelt/etc.). My experience with the 2 managers from Late 2018 to End of Summer 2020 were great. They were very accommodating when it came to negotiating the annual increase in rent (communication was key for sure), as well as general concerns and any questions really. Enjoyed all the amenities offered (gym, indoor parking - is a bit pricey but worth it being in an area that's tough to find some, rooftop, parcel lockers).

Never got my refer bonus even after 6 months I moved out. They don't even respond now. New property management is BAD. Update: I had conversation with Yulia who was the previous manager. She promised me I would get refer bonus and we signed on the documents. I didn't talked to the current manager when I moved out because I didn't even know you will change manager. I tried to contact current manager and sent a lot of emails but still couldn't resolve this.

I’m moved across the country from Rhode Island and knew nobody till I moved here. Especially Yulia made the move so easy and made me feel home at once. she is the most caring person I know. It’s an extremely clean place great service. All the appliances were clean and maintained very well and of high quality. All the common areas are also Kept clean.Work orders go through very quickly and it’s been 6 months and I still love the place.no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend it.Did I also mention you get an amazing view of the Seattle city, sunrise over mount rainier and the amazing sunset over the Olympic mountain range(depending on where you get your room you Might be able to watch the Fourth of July fireworks over the space needle from your bed)

I have lived in Muriel’s Landing for a little over a year now, and still love it. It is the first place in Seattle that has felt like home since I moved from California. The best part about the complex is the building manager, Yulia. She goes above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable. She works extremely hard to put on free events for residents, responds immediately to work requests, and advocates for building upgrades. In addition to great staff, the units are clean and modern, the gym is great, and the conference room is useful for students or professionals. I feel safe and comfortable here and someday I’ll be very sad to leave. If you are looking for a great place to rent, talk to Yulia!
