Horrible place. From horrible rules to HOA nightmares. Obnoxious fees that increase all the time. Nosy, rude, messy neighbors. If you live in a condo facing West, all of your windows face west ...in the summer you will get heat stroke. There is no shade or sir conditioners allowed. A elder woman I actually liked, bought her mother a condo here. She had to scrap up money to put her up in a hotel because she needed air conditioning & couldn't have one in her own home. It's like living in a sauna. Neighbors complained about everything & even towed my car when my 24 hours weren't up yet. I even got yelled at by an older woman for parking out front fir 30 seconds. I had just had back surgery not long before that. I just want to drop off a couple bags, so I wouldn't have to carry them down the street. 30 seconds. I had rats living under my porch. Had the HOA crawl through the bushes to see if I had a shade or bird feeder. Neighbors harassed the carpet cleaners we hired. The upstairs neighbor vaccumed at 6 a.m. No one knows how to recycle. I spent hours flattening boxes. When someone else wrote, "Flatten boxes" on the bin; the hoa came out with a flyer that said, "Oh noA Our precious Cedar point has been vandalized", lol, ridiculous. One owner picks on everyone. She even wrote a freakin novel about how she wanted monthly inspections for every condo, cameras everywhere, etc. I think she's a member of the hoa, so head's up. Someone towed my car & then harassed me about parking. The message board is just a place for people to ve mean to each other. People let their dogs poop in the courtyard, even though there's a park across the street. That park is dangerous because people speed down that road at 45 mph, when it's 25...watch your kids carefully if they play there. My car was parked on the road because you only get one parking spot. It was broken into 3 times, then totaled by a drunk driver...I was parked. My second car got broken into twice, lots of damage & two windows later. A total of $2,000 & one car was the cost of parking out front. Got yelled at at 9 p.m. during a birthday party on a Saturday night...even though, "quiet time", is 10 p.m. The exercise room is a joke. They even took awsy the tv so you stare at a wall. This is because they got tired of the lady above complaining about the noise. Apparently exercising and watching tv at noon wakes the nappers. I believe I was discriminated against multiple times. The neighbors complain about the noise, yet some put their phone on speaker & blab on their porch as it echoes through the courtyard. The windows are flimsy & have needed to be replaced for 10 years, costing residents a ton of money on heat bills in the winter. Read the rules carefully because they are ridiculous. Try to go to hoa meetings because they vote for things you aren't even aware of. This place is more like a strict, juvenile detention center then condominium community. No shade or air conditioning for 100 degree condo. People will die there because of it. That really big & tall, shirt, white haired, older woman harasses everyone. She has no life, so she watches & waits to complain. She's awful.

Moved in Oct 2016. Love the quiet and secured complex. It is at a convenient location with a playground and bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to the post office, Walgreens and plenty of eateries.
