This building is not sound-proof at all. I can hear each footstep of the resident who lives upstairs. There is not package room. I had to get all packages at work. Washing machine broke. And manager doesn't reply email. I have moved in for 4 months already, they still glu those paper on the floor of the elevator. Not to mention that I can hear all the toilet and water-heating noise.

I recently stayed in a vrbo in this building. A very romantic exciting place to bring the woman of your dreams. Me and my girlfriend loved the unit itself the safe and secure easy access building and the beautiful city with everything in walking distance is a great amenitie.
