        Lived on the top floor in 2015. It had just been remodeled, but still had classic Seattle charm. Fluid layout and a sweet rooftop deck. The only bad part was you were technically not allowed on the roof at night. Although the laundry is shared and coin-operated, the building is safe and people living there were nice - often long time residents. The management was great. Helpful and nice to talk to. I know there have been plans to develop the whole plot of land since 2018ish. Who knows where that’s at now. Oh, and parking is terrible, per usual. The elevator is extremely slow. slowww... so yeah.
