Westwood Apartments

I have a fellow tenant that lives here and from what I’ve seen and heard is very upsetting and disappointing. How can you run a business if you aren’t gonna give comfortable living conditions to those that pay rent at least $2,000 a month and mostly there living go to school. It’s enough to make someone feel very stressed. Very poor management here and it’s very upsetting to see the tenant having to live in such poor conditions. Oh yeah who gives Red Bull as a complementary gift? Hahaha never seen that before.

Absolutely do not live here. The apartment managers are aggressive, rude, and in no way professional. The apartments themselves are moldy despite and smell how often you clean, there is no security, and the rooms aren’t big enough to do anything at all. I can not emphasize enough do not live here. There’s a reason why it’s so cheap!

Truly a dangerous living situation. I saw reviews mentioning poor management, safety concerns, and mold, but I thought for the price I could deal with it. Not only is management unresponsive, but they’re mean and scary. There is black mold growing in all the rooms. CADEN PUGMIRE is a intimidating and threatening person and will not take steps to keep you safe. We were stalked, had notes slid under our doors, and experienced attempted break ins. When we attempted to terminate the lease due to lack of safety (which falls under seattle tenant law) we were stonewalled and intimidated. Please be careful! This place is not worth a lack of safety and the poor health standards.

Don't live here. Don't ignore all the warnings please. Yes, I understand that when attending school there is a stress on finding an affordable place. However, the implications of a diminished quality of life as a resident (health, mental, and security), inadequate services from the landlords, and deception of care for their tenants pose questions of reconsideration for potential tenants that should not be ignored
