The New Carroll/Capitol Hill Park Apartments

Super cool, classic building. 5 minute walk to QFC and Carmelo's Tacos. Sweeping rounded staircase you just don't see anymore. Spacious apartments, huge closets, great views - really an awesome place to live. Cool deck on the top with a bbq and great view of the Needle and the Sound - super Seattle. John is the manager and he is on his game 24/7. When you need something attended to, consider it done. I hunted high and low - never thought I would live in Capitol Hill but this place made it home.

Let the historical record show it’s the Carroll and has been since 1908. Very stupid and annoying to slap the word “New” on there, which Mayfield the management company did in 2017. Much of its charm is in its vintage details.

We were residents in this building for a little over a year, and absolutely loved our time there. The building is well maintained, our apartment was recently renovated, and John the building manager couldn't have been any nicer. Parking spots were available, in building laundry, a wonderful roof with a view, and nicely located to grocery stores, cafes, and public transportation. If an apartment is available, snatch it up!

We have been living at the Carroll for nearly three years. It deserves new reviews. It is a beautifully maintained, safe, and friendly building with classic, spacious apartments. The management is friendly and live on site. Any needs we have asked for have been fulfilled. Windows and all rugs are cleaned annually. This may be the best kept secret on Capitol Hill.
