        Terrible! I lived here for 6 years and they were the worst years of my life! Management was terrible! The maintenance guy was the landlords husband and he looked looked confused to be there and couldn't speak Spanish very well so we spoke English to him. . turns out he can't speak English so we couldn't communicate with him. We had Rats. Mice and cockroaches and the issue wasn't solved until we took charge. The largest rat I ever saw was in the arms of the landlord or what she called a dog. The neighbors are nosy and are always peaking out the window like if I called their name.
