So Far So Good. Im not a resident yet, I am in the process. The staff was so helpful, polite, attentive, and are doing wonderful work while being short staffed. If u have all your ducks in a row to apply the process is smooth! The community vibe was incredible when I went to apply. They have security booth, 24hrsecurity, a preschool, a community center, a community garden, and so much more! I hope I am able to get approved and become a resident. Prices are good for the space u get, washer & dryers in unit! Even if I don't end up renting here. My experience was great!

I’m not sure why the people in the office continue to work there, they have a special hate for the tenants and should be removed. There is no customer service or even basic curtesy in the leasing office.

Bad managemnet specially the front desk. They treat you bad, argue with tenats. After We put in the work order to fix laundry it took them 3-4 months to send someone to see what is going on. They do not have house keeping. I can list more...

I wish there is 0 star. The people they working in the office they are so rude, i never seen the worst customer service like them, they don't have in humanity, they don't have respect the way they answer your question .....But the place by itself is a nice place
