Building is not kept up very good, maintence issues are not properly taken care of most times,the court yard is not open for use by anyone unlike it says on website, lots of mice and ants, laundry room equipment works (sort of ), this is a good place to get your dope because nothing is ever done about even trying to discourage that kind of behavior (you get the idea ). This is a nicest review i can give, the place might look decent but it's actually falling apart, low income building and no one in charge seems to care about it's condition, I'm on list's for other hopefully better housing but who knows if that will happen. Don't believe me ? Go ahead and move in and be patient for awhile, then you can see for yourself. And don't forget about the bedbug infestation and all the cute little cockroachs that have recently arrived upstairs, thank you again ywca
