Operates in a very shady way... They are rather terrible at getting back to you on maintenance issues, but yet issue late fees and 3 day notices if you have not paid your water bill, which is apparently billed on the 1st to he paid by the 5th... otherwise they take the water bill out of your rent, and leave you in debt with rent and late fees! I called the apartments and it appears they charge you water based off the community consumption times the amount of people in your home... seems completely illegal and if nothing else it is shady to say the least .. CAUTION: THESE GUYS WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU to their heart desire... but when you move in with piles of dog hair in your carpet, they will not even address it!

Horrible, they don't want to fix anything, the number I been calling since I moved in has been disconnected, the number they have online nobody ever answers it been calling since Thursdays.. Let you be behind on rent though boy them notices be on time. Can they be as quick with work orders and answering the phone as they are with posting notices on doors they will be coo. Trash area is nasty and always full. Only two trash area in the whole apartment complex. They raid the rent every six months but they low income. This place is something quick but no where to live for long term at all. #moneyhungry #careless #unprofessional
