Found the listing on apartments.com and Craigslist. The prop Mgmt co responded right away and has been great through the renting process!

Worst touring experience ever!!! Flew all the way from NYC to Seattle to check this property (together with 2 more apartments in the area). Because the previous showing lasted a bit longer, plus it was my first time to the area, I was like 5 mins late to this showing. Texted the showing agent I would be there in 2-3mins. But she still left. And the rudest thing is --- I saw her walking down the hill, and I waved at her, but she ignored me and left anyway...Would definitely NOT recommend rent in this property. I can imagine how bad the service would be if you live there and want to get something fixed. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck scheduling a showing for this one. Wasted two hours driving to and from for no one to show up and an unhelpful automated system which needs us to know the first and last name of the leasing a gent we haven’t even met yet. Waste of time here as we were one of two parties scheduled to view the listing at the same time both of us have now left disappointed. Bad customer service.
