        Overgrown grass blocking the street to traffic.

        I recently moved out after almost 3 years here. The complex is beautiful and not too big (about 30ish units). Super close to Ballard, Fremont, and Queen Anne so lots of things to do close by. Great appliances that I never had any issues with. The property manager Beti is super kind and genuine- shes super helpful/flexible/ quick to respond. Would recommend!

        We have been living at Crane for about a year now. We have really enjoyed our time in this smaller building community. The property manager, Beti Ginder, is always quick to respond when we have an issue. She is also fun to chat with when we see her around the property. The apartment fixtures are very nice and we also enjoy the little roof deck area. We haven't had any safety issues with having our car in the parking garage either. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and safe building.
