dont rent here. both the building and management company have nightmare reputations. theyre always available for rent for a reason.

I'm a current resident and it's a nightmare to live here. The building is very old and walls are extremely thin. Any given moment in the unit, you'll hear talking, TV, music, sirens from the streets, doors shutting, footsteps in the hallways... everything. The worst is the footsteps from above units if you're unfortunate enough to have a unit above you. I hear creaks and squeaks of old wooden floors from every step the person in the unit above me takes. Thankfully I travel often so I'm rarely home and just needed temporarily housing. I can't wait to get out of here and I would never recommend this apartment building to anyone.
