Dont bother. They will have you schedule a tour for an apartment and only tell you its not available when you actually show up. Waste of time.

It's got nice amenities but the staff is impossible to get ahold of- giant headache, definitely not worth it.

Good location and nice amenities, however UDR treated us incredibly poorly at City Line. I lived here for 3 years. UDR does not care about its residents and they use incredibly predatory practices. At the start of the Covid pandemic they hiked rent 9% (1% under the limit required for a 60 day notice) and then the customer service received after that date precipitously dropped. The leasing office became increasingly difficult to negotiate with, and at the end of the lease term they kept the entirety of a significant deposit and then charged an additional $500+ for damages which were for patching normal holes in the wall and general cleaning, which a maintenance tech at the time assured me should be covered by the deposit. After a single notice they sent the account to collections. I highly recommend avoiding UDR properties as they have become increasingly predatory toward tenants.
