Dover Apartments

I lived at the Dover for a year and there were some great things and not so great things. However, anything not so great was uncontrollable by Ken (the landlord) and whatever was, was always addressed and fixed. The apartment is vintage and therefore not a modern building however this is made up for with a fantastic property manager, an extremely central location and very low rent in the middle of downtown Seattle. If I lived still lived in Seattle, I would gladly rent a one bedroom apartment in this building.

I've been living here for almost 7 year or more I really like the place ..I know is kinda far away from stores and such but im.used it by now ...the real downside is now more than ever there are moving in really young tenants who are not considerate and make noises loud noises at hours that arw supposed to be quiet...management is helpless..apparently you have to deal with any dispute disrupt or whatever comes up ..and that's why I gave one star ...I'm paying like everybody else for a place in can call home ..this is not a bar nor a place to be loud whenever you like ...
