Orenda at Othello Square

My partner and I tried to take a tour of the property, but it was one thing after another and ultimately we weren't able to have a look. We showed up at the scheduled time for the tour, and no one answered the call box or phone number to get in. Once we got in, the leasing agent was totally unprepared to show anything, and asked for multiple forms of ID to show us any of the units (something I have never been asked by any other buildings, whether in Seattle or elsewhere). We ended up having to leave without seeing anything. Very unusual, and it doesn't inspire any confidence that management would be responsive if we leased either.

I just moved in and I absolutely love it ! Jara helped me throughout my application and she was such a pleasure to working with. She went above and beyond of what I was expecting. She’s so patient and made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

We stopped by for an impromptu visit and Robert was incredibly accommodating and passionate about showing off this new building and this neighborhood. He actively listened to what we were looking and helped us find our next home. Anh also assisted in the touring and she was just as kind and helpful, which goes for the other Thrive staff I've spoken to on the phone when trying to get revisions or clarification on the leasing documents. So incredibly excited to move-in next month!

Hahn was amazing. Very helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for. The apartments are beautiful. Glad to have had her as my tour guide.

I came in with a bunch of other apartments in mind and other tours booked. But, Hanh really helped in the process and made Orenda my first choice. She was knowledgeable, personal, and honest. Any questions I had she answered quickly and even offered her own insight on the area, the location, and amenities that were currently there and ones that were in the process of being put in. I wasn't able to meet the other staff, but hopefully they're all like Hanh.
