Sonata At Columbia Station

Been here about a month and couldn't be happier. The move in was super smooth, the community manager is wonderful, my neighbors aren't noisy or disruptive and the unit itself is very nice. One thing to note is that parking is very tight which would be an issue for bigger vehicles.

Very professional team, the manager worked with me on lease terms to fit my current work assignment, added new gym equipment upon request, and even gave me his parking spot to better fit my larger vehicle. He even modified my lease/rent start to accommodate a family emergency. Very pleased so far with the top notch customer service, location, and amenities.

I recently moved to Sonata and am loving it here. Great staff, friendly and accommodating, great communication compared to other places I looked at in the area. My apartment was clean and tidy when I arrived and I have yet to be disappointed. The parking garage is a huge plus, despite the small spaces, and the amenities are simple and meet my needs. Would highly recommend.

Lived here for a few weeks now. Staff was very helpful during our move-in process. Nice, quiet place that's located near grocery stores, restaurants, public transit, and my job! Pet friendly and a secure mail room.
