        The building is so quite, despite being in an area that is surrounded by restaurants and the apartments are all around well designed.

        I've been here a month, and it's great. The studio apartment is fine for one person, and everything works as it should. Great location, great neighborhood.

        Awful apartment. Says they have A/C. Which they don’t. Complete false advertisement. When I moved out they took my security deposit for an insanely expensive cleaning fee even though I cleaned. And charged a ton for painting a 375 sq ft apartment. Might as well not call it a deposit if you’re gonna take it and more. Awful place.
