I lived here and I had a pleasant experience, I really liked the manager that was here when I had first moved in (Drew) and although they had a turnover in finding a good fit for the position, they did when they hired the current manager Amy. The location was fun, walking distance from a lot of eateries and places that you were able to grad a cocktail with dinner and walk home. The building is newer and cleaning people are there multiple times a week to keep the place looking nice. It is small and good for one saving for a home or looking to live alone without paying an arm and a leg for rent. Maintenance generally got back in a reasonable amount of time. The flow of how the building was ran was affected during COVID but so did everything else. Although it is located in Seattle and there is a large population of homeless people they do a great job in maintaining quality people roaming the premises of the building.

I liked the location of this apartment. It's close to Roosevelt Square and Whole Foods. Also it's close to a Safeway and PCC is across the bridge somewhere. It's close to the Udistrict so remember that you might be getting a lot of college students moving in. The apartment itself is nice. The aesthetics are modern. I was happy thay I had a murphy bed in there since I was only renting for 6 months. The walls are kind of thin, you can hearvyour neighbor above you if they are heavy walkers so keep that in mind. The washer and dryer are great to have but I think that particularl brand isn't that good. Takes a while to dry sometime. My main issue is that the apartments seem to be at a location that experiences frequent power outages. So if the power was out, it would be difficult to get back into the building. You had to hope someone was leaving as you're trying to get in. Ihad an okay time there until someone moved in above me. But that's apartment living. I'd suggest footing the bill for a top unit if you can afford it.
