I have been trying to get through to the leasing office for a while now and haven't had any luck. Can anyone tell me their parking rates?

We just moved in a little less than a week ago and loving it so much already! Rent prices are great for what it is and I love the area. Right next to the park and near lots of restaurants and cute little shops! The manager Amber is great and has been more than willing to answer all of our questions.

Easily one of my favorite places I've lived. The building amenities are nice, but the staff of the building is what really sets it apart. Amber Bruce, the community director, is kind, friendly, and ever present to help with anything that comes up. I feel like she's constantly going above and beyond to help out tenants, answer questions, and genuinely cares about the folks who live here. I've also never lived anywhere where the maintenance staff responded so quickly to any small thing that came up. The staff combined with the location makes these apartments hard to beat.
