I shared a cozy, quiet studio here with my partner for two years. Although there were some rocky months while management was switching over everything now feels under control with the current management. She is very attentive to detail and quick at responding and addressing problems. In the end we moved out of a cleaner, safer building. Will be missed.

i made an appointment to come see the apartment at 3 pm, and when i got there i waited in the cold for about 30 minutes alternating between calling the leasing office and the other numbers left on the door by management. No one ever picked up or bothered to call me back, so i wasted about 1 hour trying to view an apartment. If i could rate less than 1 star i would. Management is horrible and unresponsive, i couldnt imagine if i had lived here and needed assistance or repairs.

I moved from this terrible place back in august, replaced the drip bowls to avoid charges and yet I was billed for cancelling my home owners insurance and a bogus electricity bill, which was always the case during my stay there. I was living in the "studio" which was not the size they advertised it for. less than 300 sq feet and I was home after six every day, yet I was being billed at least $70 per month. Now almost 2 months later I'm still getting letters from these disgusting company billing me for god knows what. As far as I'm concerned they can continue billing me. I am not paying them a dime. Crooks. Stay away from this place!
