Eastlake 2851 Apartments

The staff here were so helpful working with me to move in here, and I love it! The residents are friendly and the overall neighborhood vibe of the area is terrific. Best move I could have made!

Good apartment complex, they're Leeds qualified. I was never able to hear my neighbor, and thats because of the insulation between walls because I asked my neighbor if he could hear anything from my apt because I tend to have TV volume decently high he said he didn't. They're quality units. They're Seattle size small of course. Haven't had issues with underground parking, but it is a simple gate and obv people can sneak in if they tried. The Seattle homeless have been siloed into a certain parts of the city so it wasn't to bad when I was there. Its quality, just a bit overpriced IMO (1400 for a studio but thats Seattle for you I guess).

Insecure parking garage (multiple cars broken into) and horrible customer service. They'll be nice to you when you try to lease one of their overpriced unit but it's a completely different story when you try to terminate your lease. I was offered a part of my deposit back when my roommate decided to continue the lease while I didn't, but I never get my money. I called and emailed asking the manager to give me her side of the story but the only communication I get back from the past 4 months is "I'll look into it". At this point, I don't even care anymore if they want to keep the deposit; I just want an answer. Also, they still send me account statement even though I've been off lease for almost half a year and the manager said last month that I've been taken off their system.

Great views of Lake Union and the city skyline. Secure underground parking. Apartments are clean and ample sized. Update: Secure Underground parking is not so secure. Between my girlfriend and myself, we had three vehicles broken into within a year. Each time we were told nothing could be done because surveillance cameras were not working. We have since moved out so it may be better now.

We’ve lived in this building for over 2 years and any issues we’ve ever had have been addressed immediately. I’ve been an apartment-dweller for over 28 years and this is by far the quietest building I’ve ever lived in. Management is great, lakeside apartments are amazing, location is perfect and street parking is ample for your visitors. The negative reviews here are a joke.
