Because of your low ratings in stars as well the reviews, unfortunately my BFF is not able to live here. The view is awesome but thanks a lot and Manangment sounds scary like in scary movies. Please do better.

First month of moving in my car broken into inside protected garage. Facilities are alright but definitely an older building compared to whats in the area. Good location. However, the security on the premises clearly doesnt do anything. Brittney and her team do work hard. But due to security breach, I would definitely rethink about living here.

Live anywhere else that isnt here!!! Ive witnessed break-ins that happened in the so-called secured garages that happen in the middle of broad daylight. The front office is filled with rudeness and incompetence. Brittney seems to be extremely agitated when processing maintenance requests. Seems like they dont really care about tenant safety concerns. Also be careful with your packages here. Its not really a secure drop off. You run the risk of also getting them stolen which has happened a few times in my case. Utterly disappointed in my lackluster experience living here and I wish I could give 0 stars if I could.

View wise great location but there are multiple cons to this place. Thin walls and flooring. Old appliances , multiple repairs made during my stay. I had my microwave, exhaust and room heater not working for a week. I have to call them multiple times to ask for update. I expect some polite communications but the property manager Brittney is impolite while handling maintenance requests. It feels like residents are a burden to them. Update - Trying to get My freezer fix from last year. Left hopes and searching for a new place.

Good views only of lake union, gas works and downtown (SLU) . Apartments are old and the parking is not so convenient (even for visitors).
