This is one of the best places to stay in seattle WA. it was very clean professional and safe. best part about the denny 18 apartments is there manager he is so professional and nice and very understanding

Living at Denny 18 was a wonderful experience. The apartments were updated, well-lit, and clean—and any issues that did come up were promptly taken care of by the apartment manager, Chris Pipes. I am pretty shocked by some of the negative reviews below because that was not AT ALL my experience. Chris was highly accommodating and professional, and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely and as safe and secure of a place as can be in a large city! Any and all security concerns were addressed with the aforementioned construction projects, and communication with the apartment residents throughout these processes was thorough and transparent. I have lived in apartment complexes with poor management before, and this was NOT that—just the opposite! Would certainly recommend these apartments to my own friends and family.

I loved living at Denny18. It's in one of the best neighborhoods/locations in Seattle, with easy access to the heart of Capitol Hill while still being located in the quieter, residential parts of the area. The apartments themselves are great - nice lighting, modern amenities, large bathrooms, and quiet! Chris, the property manager, was always extremely helpful and responsive to requests and repairs. He's very friendly, clearly invested in maintaining a high quality property, and responded to any issues/questions I had super quickly.

Pros: - The place is nice and relatively new with good appliances - Not too loud at nights Cons: - There is a weird house next door where I suspect illegal activity is happening (can't be sure) - Chris Pipes the landlord was very annoying and difficult to work with. Maintenance requests would take very long to "fix" (the fixes were just poor temporary jobs). The landlord would also take a long time to returns calls and emails and seemed like he didn't care. - The apartment is too expensive for the space and the area that you're getting and its prices are going up higher - Property has poor security Save your self any hassle and find somewhere else to live it's not worth dealing with the people or the environment of this place.
