Lofts at the Junction

I enjoyed my time living at Lofts. My apartment had all the essentials (and then some!) for convenient living, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. I think the building is pretty new so it is clean and there was not much need to call maintenance. When I did request a couple of repairs, they were handled in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are quite small, but for a space approaching a micro studio, it is the best you will find in town, and certainly at a good price. I would recommend these apartments for anyone looking for comfortable but affordable living... In expensive, expensive Seattle!

Current resident. There is an ongoing mail theft problem here. No onsite management. Multiple security cameras, all of them fake. Entire south end of the building smells like the garbage room. It cannot be overstated how inept the management here is. You're better off literally anywhere else in the junction.

Very dishonest management. You will not get all of your deposit back even if you return the apartment in the same condition as the day you moved in. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Great apartments with incredible amount of storage. The layout of the units are the best of any of the apartments we looked at. Large windows and lots of light. When we lost our keys the manager came in the middle of the night and let us in. We also really like the neighborhood.
