I lived here with my partner for a year and absolutely loved it. The landlord was great at communicating with us when we had questions or concerns, and even allowed us to put our elderly hamster on the lease! The apartment itself is in a quiet area next to UW and had new appliances with a beautiful rooftop garden. We had a lovely patio big enough to start a small vegetable garden during our time here. As long as you keep a clean apartment, you'll get your full security deposit back like we did. I've seen other people on here mention the small size and expensive rent, but for a new apartment in the U-District, it's a great deal. I definitely recommend renting here!

Lived here for a year and the only major downside was the small size of the apartment. Quite overpriced, but the building and appliances are very new so it’s moderately worth it, especially considering the rooftop garden with a view of the skyline. Had no trouble with management, everything was very professional and timely. Neighborhood is a bit unsafe but basically only at night; otherwise the location is fantastic and conveniently close to the Ave.

I lived here for my last year of undergrad and had a great experience! The management is very responsive and takes care of everything that we would call them about. We also had an easy time moving out and got back the majority of our security deposit. The apartment location was extremely convenient, with 7/11, trader joes, and several other restaurants/stores within a couple minutes walking. The bus stop is also right outside the apartment entrance which is great for students at UW! I highly recommend this place.

If you are considering living in this aprtment, beware that the owner is extremely disrespectful. He is too particular about how he wants things and gets obnoxious when things don't go his way. He does not know how to talk to his tenants. We were threatened to be kicked out in the middle of a pandemic just for putting together furniture that created some noise. The apartment location is good and the appliances are new but those are the only positives. The rooms are incredibly small and the walls are really thin. We were also overcharged for the cleaning fee that included dust on fans and windows after move out despite having cleaned the apartment ourselves. It is not $50 to just clean dust from the window sills. Hence, a huge sum was deducted from our security deposit with just a handwritten bill to justify the cost.
