        Sola24 is a great place to live. The building is new, units/furnishings are in good condition, the management company is accessible, maintenance is super prompt, location is great. Highly recommend if you are considering Capitol Hill neighborhood!

        Living at Sola24 was honestly a dream. It is the best apartment experience I have ever had in my life. Not to mention top notch views of Cal Anderson park, downtown, the Space Needle, Puget Sound, Mount Rainier and the Olympic mountains (on a clear day). Jon is a wonderful landlord--so kind, responsive, professional, and all-around awesome human being. I had to relocate for a job, otherwise I would have never given this apartment up! If you come across an opening, be sure to act fast!
