aPodment Suites at Venetia

I've been living at the Venetia for over a year and enjoy the space for the value as Seattle is still an expensive place to afford. The neighborhood is a good location and close to everything. I like that I can walk to Trader Joe's nearby and the Burke-Gilman trail. Quiet and respectful neighbors and good management who is responsive to messages. Check-in and the move process is easy. It can be a little challenging to receive packages sometimes but I appreciate that it's a gated building. I usually have Fed Ex packages routed to the print place on 45th and Amazon packages delivered to a locker location.

I've been living at Venetia for the past 4+ years. Main draws for me are relatively affordable rent, great location (close to many restaurants and UW campus), and sufficient living amenities (reasonable sized fridge, microwave, bed, desk and a chair). The management is a plus, very responsive and accessible. The big downside of this building is no accessible gates for delivery. Many of your packages will need to be picked up in person.

I'm a travel nurse and Venetia was the perfect fit for my 6-month contract. The management was super responsive and my "Pod," though not huge, enabled me to live in the city just a few minutes from the hospital without breaking the bank. Whenever I get another contract in Seattle, I'll definitely be staying in an aPodment!

Atrocious management, slow, passive aggressive tone, frequent outages and maintenance, horrible floor plans and expensive price/SF, smell of joints across hallway, deposit ripoff.
