I have been a resident here for three years and I highly recommend this building: Great location, roof deck with amazing views, and management that treats residents as though each and everyone matters. Beti, our manager, is very friendly, helpful, and always tuned into residents’ needs. She is willing to go above and beyond to keep us happy. If you are looking for an apartment in Lower Queen Anne/Uptown, give this building a look. An added plus is the building’s awareness of environmental concerns which is very relevant in today’s world.

Rate 0 star if I can. Poor management service. (1) My window vertical blind is broken for 2 months. (I didn't do anything and it easy to get broken, be careful, dont touch it). Texted the manager and submitted request on the portal too. No one come to fix. (2) Someone parked in front of the parking place, called the manger to call toll service. No one answered or helped me. (Don't rent this if you want scratches and dents in your car. Check the parking door. Super small. Rent is cheap but not worth the risk of your car value). (3) My fridge is broken. Texted. Again, no answer.

Generally unpleasant. 1. Owners and mngmt refused/failed to do anything about the loud noise from the iron front entry door that slams at all hours. 2. The water meter is read via EM/radio signal and this app kept finding its way onto my phone and granted itself all permissions. Once in Android it stays active no matter what. Very creepy. 3. I left the place cleaner than it was rented and only minor cosmetics for wall hangings was needed and I was charged $400 because they let the independent cleaner decide what to charge and YOU have no say; this is a ridiculous practice. PROS: great location, great rooftop deck, modern appliances.

I have lived here for two years and it has been very pleasant. Quiet, polite neighbors and a near silent pocket of solace in the midst of downtown. Beti, the prop mgr, is sweet and responsive. Great place to live.
