        RENTERS BEWARE! This whole building is a massive scam! Leasing agent will lie and tell you the cement box of a courtyard is going to be “spruced up” .. they’ve been saying that for years. Building is horribly maintained, rats, broken appliances, lack of management and your packages will most definitely be stolen or rummaged through. For such a high rent you would expect at least the elevators to work....
