6700 Roosevelt Apartments

Lived here for three years and absolutely loved it- the building has less amenities than surrounding new buildings, but makes up for it in responsive & budget friendly options. I only moved out because I left Seattle- but highly recommend.

This has been my favorite place to live in Seattle. Theresa has been very communicative and is great at getting maintenance requests taken care of when needed. Also, dog friendly!

I called to ask if there was availability. Instead of answering my questions, the woman who answered interrupted me and asked when I could come in. I asked her if I could first ask my main questions, so the trip to the property will be worth my and her time, and her response was, "Well then it probably won't be." Click. She was right. Wouldn't be worth my time.

One of the worst places I have lived. There is no parking unless you want to pay money for a parking spot that should be included. The building is also run down and not kept up well. If you need something fixed don't bother telling Theresa (the landlord) because she doesn't make it a priority. And if it does happen to get fixed, they just patch it temporarily instead of fixing it because it is cheaper. Also don't expect to get your deposit back because Theresa has ridiculous expectations for cleanliness and will keep a large sum of your deposit that would cover way beyond a cleaning expense.

I recently moved out of 6700 Roosevelt. I lived there for a total of 3.5 years. I moved away for a bit in the middle of those years, but when I moved back to Seattle I knew I wanted to come back 'home'. Teresa was always very helpful with my requests. She does have high expectations of her tenants that ensure comfort for all. Both times I moved out she offered to do a close-out inspection with me to let me know what I needed to fix in order to get my full deposit back. While the building is older than the brand new buildings around it, I thought the rent was fairly adjusted for the difference.
