Jackson Park Apartments

Lived there for 2 years. I'd have stayed longer, but it was just time. Adora in the office and Alex the maintenance dude are both on point, likeable, and responsive. There seems to be an owner who is local and not some corporation, and they care about the property and the tenants. Always doing something to improve the property. Last December, they gave me a 10% rent refund!! With COVID and xmas coming up, that was very generous of them to help people out. Just overall good people running that place there. I had W/D in unit, LED light fixtures, newer windows/balcony door, and kitchen range hood that actually vents outside instead of just recirculating inside air, etc. Overall, it was a very nice apartment. Lots of families with children there and no shady characters. There is a big back lot and people would have picnics in the summer and kids would play. There also is a small community garden. People said hello to each other and overall good vibes. I'd live there again.

Stop misleading people with your add, you advertise you appartment for 1300 then in your ad inside it show after 1600 per month

It’s a really good apartment and love everything and just want to say something can you fix the soda machine and the vending machine too I love to see it going again. Really good apartment 5 stars for me.

There is a nice field to play like soccer and the place is safe to live.
