U-District Student Housing: Kelsey Apartments

Though I had to wait a couple of weeks for blinds, the rooms feel cozy, and the apartments are nice. I like that my roommates and I have a kitchen and private rooms.

I have lived here about a month and honestly have no complaints. The move in was smooth the kitchen and bathrooms are great and the location is honestly perfect for what you pay. Definitely recommend as a first real apartment for students.

Perfect student apartment for UW student. It is fully furnished and cozy. Trader Joe's is just 7 minutes walk away. Most importantly, it is more affordable compared with other apartment near this area. I've shared a 5b2b unit with my friends for 1 month, and I really have nothing to complain. I definitely recommend it!

Misrepresented themselves and the lease. Refused to give the re-signing bonus I was promised. Most importantly, my key fob stopped working and they have been allowing stalking and harassment. I wouldn't trust this place with your students because I discovered peepholes and they still didn't address it and threatened my family.
