Great little apartment complex in the heart of Fremont. Less than a block away from the main drag, but still super quiet. We were in a one bedroom on the third floor facing away from the street. Even on nights when the bars were having live music, we didn't hear a thing. You can't even really hear the neighbors. The pipes could be a little loud, but it wasn't something that was very annoying. Building was well kept and landscaping was quite nice. The biggest draw for us was that the rental rates were more than reasonable. Management was fairly hands off. We really only heard from them when there was some large scale maintenance that needed to be done (check smoke alarms, change garage opener codes, etc.). Overall a pretty great fit for us.
