Updated Update... Yes!  They hired a nighttime Security Guard who makes rounds.  I believe this will fix the security issues in the building.  Thank you Towers!  I lived here for about 6 years, and EVERYBODY this Company hires just seems to be good people.  I was suprised they got it "right" everytime.

Lived there for 11 months... management was fine until moveout. We had great management for the first 5 months, "C". Then beloved C went to a different job. Didn't have a manager for quite some time (seriously, no manager for ~4 months), finally got a new manager "D". D is nice to your face, and will fight to keep all the deposit. I have never had a deposit withheld from me before until this apartment. We were given a checklist to clean, and we spent days filling the checklist (it was over-the-top; clean each individual blind slat, which we did).  We rented a professional carpet cleaner & shampoo from Home Depot.When it comes to get our deposit back, the items on the checklist were simply declared "not up to our standard" and deducted. We are furious at them telling us to use a professional carpet cleaner, then charging us anyways! Live here if you don't want your deposit back. Location is good, fun things to do across the street.

I lived here for three years and found it a wonderful place to live. There were two managers during that time and both were very friendly, attentive, and fast to respond to any issues that arose. As a whole, apartment amenities are a bit light. However, in-apartment amenities were great, dishwasher, a good size washer/dryer, microwave, etc. My bathroom door even came with an attached full sized mirror which was great. The location was killer, everything you need is within walking distance, Safeway right across the street, Fred Meyer a three minute walk, bus stop to downtown is right outside, tons of bars. The obvious downside of living in such a lively area was having to put up with noise if your window faced the street. This was never too big of a deal to me though. It was very tough to leave this place and I highly recommend it.
